The 3+ review is a joint Health-Education initiative, which is being implemented as part of the Early Intervention Transformation Programme. It links with the pre-school curricular guidance, providing parents and practitioners with valuable information that can be used to support your child’s development.
Parents are invited to meet with the health visitor to discuss their child’s progress. The 3+ Review forms which you were recently given to complete will also be discussed at the meeting.
These meetings will take place on Thursday 10th November and Friday 10th December. Parents will soon receive confirmation of the date and time for their meeting with the Health Visitor.
